Life is made of up of precious moments. Sometimes they come in a glimpse of a striking bird...
a surprise blossom blooming underfoot...
or a gibbous waxing moon.
These three are mine today. Hope you will share yours. Have a lovely "Holy Week" for all who are celebrating the Lord's resurrection.
God willing, see you after Easter.
Hugs
Debbie
"How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!" Psalm 139:17
Have a lovely Easter!

ReplyDeleteAlways amazed me how woodpeckers go along pecking on trees, and not get a blinding headache!
ReplyDeleteOh, those woodpeckers you get around your area, Debbie! They are beautiful birds. You know, we have many Acorn Woodpeckers, which look similar to this one, but only a part of his head is red. What a pretty moon picture you captured. It reminds me of Louis Armstrong's song with the words, "bright blessed day, dark sacred night." The verse you shared is so special. Thank you for sharing it today.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter, dear Debbie.

ReplyDeleteLovely precious moments! I hope you have a special Holy Week. I may try to sneak over to our church and sketch it as they are decorating. It always looks beautiful! Have a wonderful and blessed Easter with your family.

Listening to a chorus of birds sing in the morning, standing quietly with my horse while I take care of a minor problem with one of his hooves, enjoying the last of our cool and dry weather....
ReplyDeleteNice photos, nice message, Easter was about water, a lot of rain that was as expected as it was necessary after years of drought.
ReplyDeleteHappy April.
