From the hedgerow September beckons.  It displays such lovely colors.

 Shades of auburn...

                   Peachy oranges

                 Soft lavenders
and dark grapes.

Isn't it amazing how September's hedgerow gently calls us into autumn's colorful show?

We hope you enjoyed your time here.   Please come back soon.    So glad  when you do!

P.S. Update -Was happy to hear from my blogging friends in Fla.  They are safe.   Thanks for all of you who took time to "look up" with me.

God Bless!

  1. I envy you the change of seasons you experience...though not the snow of the winter season :). The fall hints of color are so pretty. Looks like you had good company on your walk, too.

Thanks to you and your readers for thinking of us here in Florida. We're putting our lives back together again, though for those south of us that will be a long process.

  2. God bless all who are facing the loss of everything they had....
Beautiful post dear friend! I sure love your dogs.....

  3. Autumn is so pretty in your part of the world. The colours are so vibrant and amazing. You can just tell that the seasons are changing.

  4. Debbie, your photos are gorgeous! So lovely to see your post. Sending you warm hugs and much love.

  5. What a spectacular display of colors, Debbie, beautiful! I am glad your friends are safe.

  7. Beautiful photographs, Debbie! The sights, the smells, the sounds of fall are most welcome. Seems your dogs think so, too.
    Thankful your friends are safe:)

  8. What a lovely way to start my day. You must be getting cooler nights than we are. Barely discernible color changes here. Love your two best friends posing in perfect accord.
I am truly happy your friends are safe and sound.
Have a wonderful and blessed week, my friend.

  9. Even though I don't like the cold, I have to admit the colors of Fall is beautiful!!! So glad your friends are well....I finally got word that my friends in Naples are fine but they still don't have power or cell phones/phones.... Enjoy your day!!!!

  10. I agree, the hedgerows do look beautiful in the fall.

  11. Lovely, Debbie! I do miss the colors and changes in the air that Fall brings. Arizona (our area anyway) doesn't have the variety of color as you do, but the air is gradually, slowly getting more crisp every day. Love that!

You know, Debbie, reading your blog posts is really a ZEN thing for me. In the few minutes it takes to read your thoughts and enjoy your photos I truly find myself at peace. Your words bring a calmness. Thank you for that!

  12. Lovely and wild hedgerow , gorgeous autumn colors , definitely a favorite season !

  13. I love how the reds, oranges, and yellows sneak into the abundant greens of the hedges. Lovely photos! I hope you are enjoying these last days of summer with the slow change to fall. Yes, I too have heard from family and friends in Florida that they made it through the hurricane. Hopefully the ones that are still out there in the Atlantic will give the islands and Florida a break this time. Enjoy!

  14. Hello Debbie, it's lovely to catch up with you once more. Thanks for your beautiful message over at mine too.
I do love those final colours of Autumn as the trees start to rest for a few months. Your photos are gorgeous.
It's always a lovely feeling to visit your blog. Cheers and all the best :D) xx

  15. Dear Debbie, it's already this time of year where we treasure each and every scrap of nature colors. Hope you get beautiful weather! 😘

  16. Dear Debbie,
What beautiful Autumn photos, and I just adore your dogs. They are so stately. I am sure they are loving companions..
Thank you so much for your visit. Still working on him. My wrist is feeling fine now so I am back to work. I have his tail finished and working on his paws.
    Wishing you a beautiful weekend.

  17. Looks like you're enjoying a colorful September!

  18. Soothing soft colors of September! I love your photos...
