Lovely Day

It was a lovely day.   In spite of the cold wind these pussy willows bravely reached upward... the moon peeked out in the afternoon and the bright sunshine cast our shadows. Hope everyone enjoyed a lovely day.    Have a blessed Holy Week! "While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples saying, "Take and eat; this is my body."    Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying "Drink from it, all of you.   This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."    Matt. 26: 26-28 (NIV)

Blue skies promise hope.  They lift our spirits and whisper the promise of better days ahead. Patches of winter may linger but spring is just around the corner. These little sweeties know it... so does the crocus... and snowdrop! Take heart friends - spring is certainly on its way.    Keep "looking up" hope will not disappoint! "Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see."   Hebrews 11:1 (NIV) p.s.  Thank you all your thoughts and prayers while my mother was in the hospital.   She is home and getting stronger each day.  You are all such a blessing to me.   May the God of  all hope fill each of your hearts with joy this coming week. Hugs Debbie
