  6. ...lovely photos, love the orange lilies, always bring smiles with them, and the berries look yummy. We often have dessert in the garden this time of year, picking raspberries and eating them straight from the vine. No worries here, I don't use chemicals in my garden, a bit of weed killer on the driveway but that's it. We have so much wildlife going on it'd be a travesty to destroy them, and we're lucky enough to have plenty to share with them. Happy days ...

  8. Lovely photos. I lost all my Lilies this year due to the lily bug, Not being fit, I didn't do my usual inspection. I did manage to see one which I picked and took a photo of, so I'll be able to do a watercolour sketch later. Enjoy your Blackberry pie. and your 4th July fete day. thanks for your get well wishes. I'm slowly improving.

  10. Good morning Debbie. Yes July has come with some humidity and thunder showers here. My orange lillies have stems about 4 feet tall and are just starting to bloom. A wonderful addition to the garden. Wishing you too a very safe and happy 4th of July.

  16. Great pictures Debbie! I have the same orange lilies, mine are still a week or so away from blooming. Those berries look so delicious! The butterfly is gorgeous, is it a mourning cloak or black swallow tail. Need to find my butterfly book! Have a fun 4th of July!
