In spite of it being a gray day...
Picked a bouquet of sunny daffodils.
They are the first to bloom. " King Alfred" always makes quite a show.
Is it not amazing how something so fragile survives the ups and downs of March!
We were in the 70's last week and today, barely above 40 degrees.
Ah such is spring. It certainly is quite the teaser :)!
Mini Painting of the week |
Well my two pooches are waiting for their walk. They do not mind that the day is gray. Best go for now.

That is one of the biggest daffodil blossoms I've seen! They will be cheerful in your house on gloomy days. They look so nice in your pot. Your painting is very nice too. I'm still patiently waiting for Spring. It is overcast here today. Your dogs always look content.
ReplyDeleteHappy Spring Debbie!

ReplyDeleteSounds like the same kind of weather that we've had here. Today we actually had some snow flurries. Those daffodils are a perfect way to brighten the day up
ReplyDeleteI don't think even the weather knows what to do anymore. Hot or cold? Who knows. I love your bouquet of daffodils. Did you paint that - you are excellent. Hope the sun shine comes soon!
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for the daffs to bloom here. So far just the crocuses are in bloom. I'm glad you had something bright and stimulating on such a gray day. Enjoy the weekend!
