If I Could

I would wrap up the month of June and present it as a gift just for you.

I'd invite you to join me and take a moment to watch this hummer enjoy her nectar...

or take a garden tour and check out what is blooming... Columbine -

spider wort... (don't you just love the color of lavender??) -

these fragrant pink peonies... they certainly have the smell of June...

or sample some sweet strawberries...

while we jaunted across a freshly mowed hay field.

Yes I would certainly delight in giving you this perfect gift of June - if only I could.

Have a great week.

Hugs

Debbie

  1. I will take the peace and beauty in your photos and enjoy them. I have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that it is June. This has been such a strange year so far. Jerry is getting a bit stronger each day and hopefully will be up and walking again soon. My thanks to you for your thoughts and prayers, and your ability to make me smile and appreciate what we do have. Have a wonderful week, Debbie!

  3. Your June sounds heavenly Debbie. Thank you so much for sharing with us. If you are up early have a look at the moon. As he is waning you can see two planets off to the left. Jupiter is the big one. Not sure of the small one I think it is saturn but I can't see the ring for some reason.

  5. As always, wonderful post, Debbie. I LOVE the month of June...maybe because its my birthday month? Years ago we went strawberry picking at the farms. The strawberries were SO sweet ...now, I'm so afraid of picking up ticks so I like buying them at the stands. lol

  15. Debby, this is a heartfelt post. I thought what you said was lovely. The peonies are my cousin's favorite flower, and she passed away and I sure miss her. Haven't had sweet strawberries yet this Summer. It's always a joy to see the hummingbirds around your area. The James verse really got to me too. Yes, every good and perfect gift is from above. : )

Happy June days to you, Debbie.
