...came in like a lion...

March came in "like a lion"...

Is she leaving us "like a lamb"?  Not necessarily - it is a high of 33 degrees today and spitting snow.  Still I am hearing the robins ...seeing the crocus blooming and finding inspiration.

5X7 watercolors

April Fool's arrives tomorrow.   Hope she fools us with a bit of warmer weather.

As the Apostle Paul says "...I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances."  Phil. 4:11b (NIV)

Have a wonderful week.

Hugs Debbie

  1. That's good advice from Paul, we really should try to be content with our circumstances. It's a lesson I need to learn. I am often complaining about things I cannot change (like the weather when it gets too hot). Your paintings are really beautiful. Have a wonderful and blessed week.

  3. A wise man, Paul...
But 33 degrees? Still, even the robins are optimistic.
And there is such optimism and beauty in your paintings. Spring is here despite a temporary setback in weather.
    Have a lovely week, Debbie!

  5. The forecast is for cooler weather tomorrow. Just when it was starting to feel nice! Love the crocuses...they have just started coming up here. I will be traveling and will miss most of the colors of spring...I guess I will adjust. I'm hoping to keep the blog going as long as it keeps letting me post. Will visit from Venice when I can. Ciao!

  12. It is a good thing that you are resilient. That load of snow may have dampened my spirits. Your watercolors are fabulous. Hang in there. Warmer weather is on the way. Cheers.
