Hope yours was too!

Debbie,
ReplyDeletePainting, picking and puttering. Never a waste of time! What a lovely pie you made too! You just know I am going to ask that you Fed Ex the whole deal to me here in CA. Well, maybe save a small slice for yourself:):):)
I am glad that you had a good week. Me too-a hike, some painting, and time with my husband and cats. Just right!
Take care,
Libby
Love it. This old sourpuss is making pickles today. My first canning of the season.

You had a great week, I think, Debbie. I love the white flower painting!
ReplyDeleteSounds like just the job doing the things you love most. It is a lovely time of year, although we are having our fair share of rain at the moment. For me it is a great year for strawberries, they are huge, and so many, I will be sick of them by the end of the season :)
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed seeing all the things you enjoy doing, my style of spending an easy enjoyable week. I always enjoy seeing your paintings, along with you delicious looking pie. I haven't done much baking of pies & cakes recently , trying to cut down to squeeze into my swim suit, At last we have summer with warm sunny days along with some hot ones thrown in, long awaited this year. Time to relax a little and enjoy our summer guests who come to stay on holiday in our guest house.

Deborah< I got in at last! Glad of it. I can't remember the last time I built a pie, was it made from your blackberries? I never get enough blackberries to fill a cup, let alone a pie.
