Gone are the brilliant colors of yellow, orange and red. November has replaced them with shades of amber, russet and claret. The foliage that remains is found on the sturdy oaks. Their leaves hold tightly to the last vestige of autumn's sojourn. They know how to finish this season well.

I like the third picture down with the mist in the trees. We had snow the other day and Monday night was a horrible drive home so I was grateful that I made it home safely.
