"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Matthew 6:19-21 (NIV)
Lovely pictures, Spring is looking good there.

Oh, my goodness - goodby April - but HELLO MAY!
ReplyDeleteHow gorgeous it is there.
Loved the tulips and Virginia Bluebells!
Loved the two horses - are they near you?
And of course, Kelsey and Gunny are as cute as ever!
Thanks for sharing your simple pleasures from April. Lovely photos! My simple pleasures are things in bloom, sunshine, and good company. Enjoy the last days of April and the start of May!
ReplyDeleteI've had many good things surface in April too. And May is my favorite month, so I hope that's good as well. Love that picture of the horses, it's so pretty. The Virginia Bluebells are popping up nicely. I'm glad your dogs have a companion in one another. They look like they are having fun in the sunshine.
ReplyDeleteWishing you wonderful May days, Debbie.

Enjoyed your treasures! Beautiful sunny weather here too!
ReplyDeleteI love this! What lovely simple treasures! I have been enjoying the fruits of spring cleaning. Fresh clean carpets, sparkling clean counters, open windows and fresh air, it's all a simple treasure when you stop to enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteBees back buzzing, butterflies warming their wings on the gravel garden path, beans and peas sprouting through the soil, the sun on my back on an early morning dog walk, reading by daylight in the evening, gentle swish of the tide on the shore, sun-warmed pebbles in my pocket and catching up on all my favourite blogging buddies.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to you, yours and those gorgeous doggos.
Beautiful photos.
