Cheer

There are certain moments that bring us cheer.

When I spotted this visitor yesterday I had to smile.

Is it any wonder the bird feeders are empty so quickly?

He knew he was caught but that didn't seem to phase him.  Breakfast was over and it was time for lunch.

For sure he will be back for dinner.

Hope he brought you a little cheer.  Have a happy week.

Hugs!

Debbie

  3. I'm so glad you welcome the squirrels, Debbie. I'm not so patient with them.
They actually startle me when one comes in my yard. I love taking pictures
of them, but never get too close. These are cute pictures of your little visitor.

  12. Hi Jeanie! I have a mixed relationship with squirrels. One/some got in my attic once & there were all sorts of ensuing complications. I used to think they were adorable. I guess you could say I have Post Traumatic Squirrel Disorder! Thinking of you and your reverence for the beauty around you!

  13. To encourage each other is a great gift. we are working on sealing up the spots where our squirrel finds his way in.
She has stolen my fresh loaves of bread and croissants mostly and we have found that until we fix the soffiting entirely, it does to put our Kali cat up in the trusses occasionally. And, she enjoys the task. Our squirrel is mostly afraid of my husband but somehow thinks if she jumps up beside me while I read or am on the computer that I will feed her... and then the chase is on to get her out. she will pop her head around the book case and then around the sofa... such a brat. I do love her which is crazy and she knows it. This summer's chore to metal mesh the steep parts of the soffiting.
The verse you shared is vital through these days of trouble for so many. It seems everybody needs a lift and kind words are just that.
    Blessings Debbie

  14. Squirrels are people, too, LOL! It's almost impossible to keep them out, really, so we just try to keep them from emptying the feeders in a matter of hours. I enjoy watching their acrobatics trying to get to the seed.
