This week spring arrived. Abundant sunshine, warmer days and glorious blooms testify this lovely season has come for her annual visit.
In the midst of life's happenings she appeared.
It was as if I went to sleep one night and awoke to find the daffodils in full flower shaking their heads and tossing off winter's chill.
How appropriate was her timing as we begin Holy Week.
I will leave you with one final picture that I captured one early morning as I was "looking up". It gave me hope and may it do likewise for all of you.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16 (NIV)
Have a blessed week and all who are celebrating- a wonderful Easter. Will be back in two weeks - God willing!
Hugs
Debbie
A blessed week to you, Debbie

ReplyDeleteThat sunrise is beautiful, Debbie. Spring sure has arrived in your area. It's been warmer here the last few days, so I think Spring is on its way. This is my favorite verse, it is very special and touches my heart. Happy Easter to you, my dear blog friend.

Beautiful photo of the sunrise. Yes, spring has finally arrived. I am slowly seeing buds emerging from the ground and saw some forsythia that was starting to show yellow blossoms. It made me smile. Have a wonderful Easter and may the holiday fill you with hope and joy.
ReplyDeleteThese pictures are beautiful! I love your yard...reminds me of our yard out here in the country. Daffodils sure must be strong. Ours have made it through high winds, thunderstorms, pouring rain, and freezing nights, and when the sun comes back they stand up again. That early morning sky picture is amazing.
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful. Wishing you a wonderful Easter.

ReplyDeleteWonderful pictures and I really love that last one with the cross in the sky. My grandgirl used to say that something had 'scratched' the sky. xo Diana
