A lovely foggy morning arrived Saturday.
The distant hills were covered in mist.
As the sun rose it cast long shadows.
This big butterfly was just waking up to a new day. Is he not beautiful?
These morning glories were getting prepared for his visit.
Shelby was more than happy to watch the sun rise. ..
And I was delighted to see this beautiful sky as
Saturday came to a glorious end.
Thank you for stopping to visit. I hope everyone's Saturday was wonderful.
Hugs Debbie
Such beautiful photos, especially the butterfly! Blessings, Victoria

ReplyDeleteWhat a spectacular end to a resplendent day.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy this free Monday.
Wow, what a beautiful sky (the last photo). But I also love your mist photos. Is it also a sign in your country that autumn is coming?
ReplyDeleteBEAUTIFUL!! Looks like fall is fast approaching!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos Debbie!!! Gorgeous sunset!!!! Shelby always looks content!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing these gorgeous photographs, Debbie. Wow!
ReplyDeleteLooks like Shelby thought it was a perfect day, too!
What a beautiful and tranquil post. The misty mornings remind me of England. Shelby is so very familiar and looking for her brother, maybe?
ReplyDeleteHave to ask...is that butterfly in the Swallowtail family?
Enjoy a blessed week, my friend.
Such a beautiful picture of Shelby. We'll have the morning fog when it starts getting cooler at night. You sure know when fall arrives.
ReplyDeleteA glorious sunset , what better way to end a day! Your photos are still beautiful. I must apologize for being so rare lately. I’m mostly on Facebook now, but the main reason is that I am now a new grandma of 2 little boys. Definitely not twins, they are so different ,but I just am so proud and happy for my two sons and their partners. They are keeping me very busy, there is less time for painting and visiting. I ´ve applied on Leslie Saeta’s painting Challenge for the month of September, a good way to get back to my crayons and brushes. Hope you had a splendid summer on your Hill , will be back to visit you, a big hug
