Happy Sunday Debbie! I love this time of year and the music that is everywhere! We have the same birds and Guy loves to watch them out the window. So peaceful with the snow...
ReplyDeleteEvening Debbie, This is just precious! Maybe it's a sign of getting older, but I love to watch nature...including the birds! Which reminds me, I need food for my feeder! The street where we are moving has a lot of established trees and a professional artistic tree carver. Over the past few years, some owners have lost trees and I noticed beautiful carvings little by little on these tree trunks....made into giant squirrels, bears, eagles etc. They are breathtaking!!! This is a small street and how it gives it such uniqueness!! I will blog about these in the near future.....you will love this! Blessings my friend.stay warm~~~Roxie And...I love the bible scripture!!
ReplyDeleteMy day is filled with birdlife Debbie, we have Pelicans, Cormorants, Ducks, Corellas and Galahs and more here and I enjoy watching them. Its nice your little birds can stop for food and comfort in your cold weather
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful post, Debbie! I love birds...their company just touches my heart, as did you post today. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI just love watching the birds. Lovely post Debbie. :)
ReplyDeleteI feed them year round, but I think they are especially grateful when it is icy and cold.
ReplyDeleteLike Donna, I feed them year round too, although I've noticed they eat much more in the winter. Food is very hard for wild creatures to find here in the winter. I love your sketch of a chickadee!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Victoria
How lucky for these little birds to be able to find some comfort on your property, it looks very cold! I love your sketches, you are quick to grab their likeness. Stay warm and enjoy your birds!
ReplyDeleteGoodness but your drawings are sooo good!! The faith of a mustard seed...

ReplyDeleteI love birds, Debbie! Great photos...Great sketches....Great scripture! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGreat sketches of the birds and the verse goes so well with them. Thank you for sharing your view of the world.
ReplyDeleteDid you get any snow? We had a bit by the time I went to bed yesterday, but luckily it was only on the cars and grass when I woke up. It had melted on the roads. Enjoy your evening!
I alway loved birds and never miss a chance to observe them...and feeding them in the cold months. Your sketches are beautifully done !
ReplyDeleteEven with the snow on the ground this is a warm and wonderful post Debbie.
ReplyDeleteLove your sketches...
Beautiful and sensitive post, Debbie. Your sketch book is a treasure and the photos so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWish we could have the same guarantee of food for the less fortunate. We do our best but some slip through the cracks and the only thing we can do is pray for them.
Your sketches of the birds are beautiful....God blessed us when he made them. I never tire of them...each is beautiful and unique.
ReplyDeleteYes, snow cover really brings them in.
