The wildflowers are so beautiful and of course I love the blue and white jug too. I am sure that is Shelby with an inquiring expression - treat time yet? Your watercolor is lovely. Butterflies are quite magical to watch - they almost dance amongst the flowers.
Dear Debbie, Such beautiful nature photos.. I love the wildflowers, and your watercolour is just lovely! I like the words Linda used to describe your painting. ..soothing and dreamy! blessings, Penny
Blessings indeed! Your wildflowers are gorgeous Debbie and the blue and white china jug they are in is so pretty. I love your dog's expression and your watercolour is particularly beautiful!
Love your photos, I too picked some wild flowers and they look pretty. Your dog looks full of character . What a beautiful painting, such soft detail of the butterfly.
I was just on my way to see how your autumn colour is changing the landscape. Lovely photographs and a gorgeous wildflower bouquet . Things seem even more precious when you know they are soon to be gone until next year. Yes I think I have noticed in past years that we are much later for blackberries. As you have seen they are amazing this year. Your painting is lovely, I have been sitting in the garden watching butterflies, we are still enjoying sunny days but getting chilly in the evenings. There has been so many beautiful days, so much to be thankful for this summer. Have a good week .
That watercolor piece... wow! I love the tonality you chose, and how it creates the ethereal, dreamy mood. The flow of the lines, the subject matter... it's a really strong piece! Congrats! Among the many blessings, let's also add having blog friends like you!
Debbie I am in love with your dog. Our weather is getting colder and the last of my flowers are fading. Love your watercolor. You are so talented. Have a beautiful week.
