Sounds like my kind of day today... I worked on a crazy quilt piece, listened to some quiet music, and just relaxed. Have a wonderful week, looks like things will be starting to warm up here. I can't wait!!
Oh Debbie, I am a corn bread girl. My mother always made her's in a scorching hot iron skillet. Oh yum! Love the pussy willow! Have a happy week. Bonnie
I've began to love cornbread and honey, I didn't use to but know there is something so comforting about it. I just love your drawing of lily-of-the-valley a favorite of mine. Happy to see the first signs of spring, it will be here soon :)
Your cornbread looks yummy, a wonderful Sunday morning treat! Beautiful painting,Debbie! I can see you are thinking a lot of the area around the flowers with your negative space sketch next to it. I hope you are having a great week!
I so enjoy visiting The View from Harmony Hills - don't always leave a comment but couldn't resist telling you how wonderful that cake of cornbread looks!!! Have never enjoyed it with honey - usually with beans and onions - Your sketches are amazing! Have a wonderful and blessed week! Give Sarge a pat!
O, these are indeed wonderful pleasures -- those simple joys that are really blessings! Trust you are doing super, dear friend (and yes, Eponine has been adopted :)
Now this feels like a wonderful and cozy evening at HOME! Hi Debbie! That cornbread seems so delicious, with honey? YES! And thank you so much for coming to visit me today! Anita
