Beckons

From the hedgerow September beckons.  It displays such lovely colors.

 Shades of auburn...

                   Peachy oranges

                 Soft lavenders

and dark grapes.

Isn't it amazing how September's hedgerow gently calls us into autumn's colorful show?

We hope you enjoyed your time here.   Please come back soon.    So glad  when you do!

P.S. Update -Was happy to hear from my blogging friends in Fla.  They are safe.   Thanks for all of you who took time to "look up" with me.

God Bless!

  1. I envy you the change of seasons you experience...though not the snow of the winter season :). The fall hints of color are so pretty. Looks like you had good company on your walk, too.

Thanks to you and your readers for thinking of us here in Florida. We're putting our lives back together again, though for those south of us that will be a long process.

  8. What a lovely way to start my day. You must be getting cooler nights than we are. Barely discernible color changes here. Love your two best friends posing in perfect accord.

  11. Lovely, Debbie! I do miss the colors and changes in the air that Fall brings. Arizona (our area anyway) doesn't have the variety of color as you do, but the air is gradually, slowly getting more crisp every day. Love that!

You know, Debbie, reading your blog posts is really a ZEN thing for me. In the few minutes it takes to read your thoughts and enjoy your photos I truly find myself at peace. Your words bring a calmness. Thank you for that!

  13. I love how the reds, oranges, and yellows sneak into the abundant greens of the hedges. Lovely photos! I hope you are enjoying these last days of summer with the slow change to fall. Yes, I too have heard from family and friends in Florida that they made it through the hurricane. Hopefully the ones that are still out there in the Atlantic will give the islands and Florida a break this time. Enjoy!
