Contentment

Today I found contentment.

It was in adding a few finishing touches...

     listening to the flowers whisper...

Shelby-turned 18 mos. July 4th
catching a loving gaze...

 and creating something new.

"...for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances."
Philippians 4:11 NIV

Hope all of you found some contentment today.

Thank you for stopping by to visit.   God Bless!

  3. Shelby is so precious! Love the painting of the hummingbird, the sketch and the photo of the flowers.

I find contentment comes easily to me as I get older. I'm more appreciative of the little things, which seem so unimportant when one is young, but which I now realize are the very foundation of happiness.

    Blessings,

    Victoria

  5. Wise words Debbie. I too try to take contentment and joy from life regardless of where I find myself. It is hard sometimes but it sure makes life a lot more enjoyable this way. As always I love your artwork and your photos are a joy to see. Thanks for sharing.
