St. Patrick's Day

 Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone.

It may be cold and gray here but we are celebrating.

Hubby and I plan to watch a good movie...
The Magic of Belle Isle with Morgan Freeman...

indulge the sweet tooth with a decadent slice of rich flourless chocolate cake and a scoop of ice cream on the side.

Hope you have a wonderful celebration as well.

Thanks for the visit!   God Bless You.

  1. Happy St. Patrick's Day, Debbie! My belly is stuffed with Irish soda bread, one of my favorites for this holiday. Though, that flourless chocolate cake looks very tempting!! I didn't know you had a Snowshoe Siamese cat. Last August I lost my beautiful Jasper who looked very like yours.

Have a peaceful evening and a blessed week (and hugs to Shelby).

  10. I lived in Ireland for a couple of years and it truly is a beautiful island. Never had soda bread though.
    WE LOVED that movie.

  11. Aw that looks like a fun day. We did the traditional corned beef and cabbage dinner. I cooked it in the slow cooker all day and the smells drove me crazy. Could hardly wait. Our weather has been cold, even snowed (but didn't stick) so that was a great meal to have.
